2017 Commercial Core Implementation: Active Transportation
Thanks to a grant from the Wasatch Front Regional Council and Salt Lake County, the town is preparing to launch a project that will follow up on the Commercial Core Plan. The goal of this project will be to identify potential “active transportation”–walking and biking–infrastructure projects within downtown Alta, and to develop several project ideas into conceptual designs. Please check back here for more information about public meetings and the project ideas the team is studying over the next few weeks.
