On December 30, 2021, Mayor Sondak submitted an objection letter to the USFS regarding their FONSI and Draft Decision Notice for the Patsey Marley Hill Subdivision Roadway Improvements.  Consistent with previous comments, the Town’s objection aimed to clear up some misunderstandings regarding the 2014 Development Agreement between the Shrontz Estate and the Town of Alta.  The proposed project website can be found here and the Town’s objection letter can be found here.
