This new form is just one more avenue for the public to share thoughts and feedback. As always, citizens are welcomed and encouraged to attend and participate in Town Council Meetings.

Rocky Mountain Power will begin construction to improve the existing powerline along the road in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
The work is scheduled to begin on August 15th, 2022, and will affect traffic in the canyon until completed.
Expect traffic delays during weekday periods. The construction team is employing an adaptable traffic monitoring system for the signals that will direct traffic to one lane during those periods.

The Town of Alta is hiring a Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
We are looking for a qualified candidate to perform routine building maintenance tasks at the Town Office, Alta Central, and Alta Community Center. This person will schedule and conduct special projects in conjunction with other building maintenance technicians and manage snow removal activities at Town facilities during the winter season. 20 hours per week.
