Parks & Recreation

The Alta TOWN PARK is open only during the summer months and features a volleyball court, swing set and slide for children, barbeque grills and covered picnic tables to help you enjoy your day in the mountains. There is no parking at the park but, you may drive in and drop off heavier items. Entrance to the park is in the Wildcat parking lot in front of the Goldminer's Daughter Lodge. Large groups (over 50) must pre -register with the Town to insure adequate facilities.
