Business Licensing Our Business License Official is our Deputy Town Clerk. Please direct any questions to Molly Austin at molly@townofalta.com or 385-449-1887. Copies of these applications are also available in the Town Office from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Completed applications may be submitted at the Town Office in-person or via email. Alta business license applications and payments are due by October 31st each year. We now have a few different Business License Application forms, based on the type of Business License you are applying for. Please select the appropriate application from the list below: Hotel Application Temporary Business Application – Due 10 days prior to conducting business. Building Permits Copies of these permits are also available in the Town Office from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Completed building permit applications may be submitted in person at the Town Office, via email to ccawley@townofalta.com, or by mail to the address on the application. Building Department Information The Town of Alta contracts with Forsgren Associates to perform our building inspection services. The Forsgren hotline is 801-364-4785.
